Claims Auditor (Medical Cases)

Responsibilities:
Verify validity of medical claims
Review medical billing information for correctness and completeness
Review medical billing for reasonableness of tests, procedures, hospital stays and pharmaceutical use
Refer medical claims for further investigations when more information is necessary or when claims are not medically reasonable
Able to understand insurance policy information
Requirements:
S-1 degree in medical major (medical doctor)
Have knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures, and pharmaceuticals
Proficient in English both speaking & writing
Having min. 3 years working experience in health insurance company as an Underwriter / claims auditor for medical cases
Possess analytical & problem solving skills
Having good leadership and good capability working in a team
Computer literate
Strong communication & interpersonal skill
Independent, hard worker, handy, willing to work overtime and long hours
